Lan-Way Roofing Co., Inc. is a privately owned and operated business founded in 1967 by Wayne Eidson, who still proudly serves as President of the company.

The core values that were established in 1967 still serve our company well. Over the last 45 years of continuous and successful business, Lan-Way Roofing Co., Inc. has evolved into a highly skilled company specializing in repair, maintenance, and replacement of commercial and industrial roofs.

We presently operate in three states, North Carolina, South Carolina, and Virginia, with our primary market area being NC and VA. We are a medium sized, privately held company committed to providing the most comprehensive solutions for the roofing needs of our commercial and industrial clients.

Because of our size, we have the flexibility to provide consistent value through the highest quality materials and controlled workmanship, timely service, integrity, and a safe work site. We take pride in long term professional relationships built on these values.

Wayne Eidson serves as President of the company. Brownie Eidson serves as Vice-President with 18 years of commercial and industrial roofing experience. Frank Haynes serves as Senior Project Manager with 20 years of experience in roofing, combined with an additional 10 years in commercial contracting. Jimmy Ramirez serves as Service and Coatings Manager with over 20 years experience in roofing and roof coatings. Linda Kops serves as Business Development Manager with 18 year’s experience in Sales, Marketing, Property and Facilities Management. Donna Mashburn serves as Office Manager and has been employed with the company for over 30 years. Our Field Supervisors have a combined total of 100 year’s experience in commercial and industrial roofing.

The original concept was not to become one of the biggest companies in the industry, but simply one of the best.
